The Student Management Department is committed to nurturing well-rounded individuals and developing confident and responsible leaders by providing students with opportunities to serve and lead within the school community. We aim to support the social and emotional well-being of our students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and heard. Underpinning all of this is our Character-based approach to student discipline, where we guide students to make positive choices and take ownership of their action

Key Information
Character-Based Discipline
Discipline guides pupils in the internalisation of values and behaviours, so that they can learn and grow. Pupils also learn to take responsibility for their actions and work towards the goal of self-discipline.
Student Leadership
At the heart of our Student Leadership programme is the belief that every child has the potential to lead. We believe that leadership is not a position but a practice, and we are committed to nurture our young to be leaders of upright character, anchored in values and rooted in Chinese culture. Through a range of leadership roles and opportunities, students are empowered to serve their peers and contribute meaningfully to the school community.
Our programmes also develop 21st Century Competencies (E21CC) such as critical and inventive thinking, communication, and collaborative skills, equipping students with the dispositions and capabilities to navigate an ever-changing world.
Pastoral Care
Our School Counsellor, Special Needs Officers and Allied Educator (Teaching & Learning) provide pupils with social, emotional and behavioural guidance so as to support them in their learning.
